Put your phones away!!!! Show some respect for yourself and those who are performing.

I find it amazing, how people with great jobs can (absolutely) have no clue.

  • Leo Says:

@rocker4577 yeah, heading to Richmond to see them on 9 March. I’ll be pissed if there’s a sea of smart phones and tablets. What happened to enjoying the show?

  • Claude Says:

What is wrong with the audience? Almost like their trying to figure out what the heck their listening to!

  • Micheal Says:

The problem with the youth today IS.. YOU CAN’T JUST HANG OUT AND ENJOY SOMETHING WITHOUT ANALYZING EVERYTHING. Okay yes, attorneys did that to our society but realize that AND JUST ENJOY THE MUSIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JANE’S KICKS ASS, SO.. ENJOY WHATEVER!!!!!!!!! JUMP, GROOVE, SWAY, TABLET, BITE YOUR LIP IN A GOOD WAY AND ROCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Tyler Says:

What kind of concert is this? Was the entrance free or something? Because nobody seems to want to be there. Even the band seemed bored with the crowd after 5 minutes. I mean, Perry is desperately trying to get people excited at the start but they don’t even give a fuck. I’ll probably never have the chance to see them live so seeing these ungrateful bastards watching them makes me so angry. Why are they even there if they don’t care? At this rate JA will probably break up again before soon. FML.

  • Fred Says:

cant wait for the bubble to burst again…seriously

  • Shawn Says:

    @rreeetokuda
    LOL

  • Allan Says:

I can imagine Perry thinking, “If I wasn’t getting a shitton of dough for this, I’d walk out, after telling these fucks to buy the DVD if they really didn’t want to BE THERE.”
Hard to imagine going from an arena-full of paying, adoring fans, to this.
“It’s like a family reunion in here. The applause is deafening. When I go home tonight and put my computer on my dick, I’ll applaud you, too.”
    (around 16:00)
    LOL
It did get better, further into it.
(May I have the drummer for Christmas, please?)

  • Cory Says:

@Bluecoat93 maybe his nippels are swollen, cause of his piercings and he wants to hide them

  • Daryl Says:

    lolz

  • Donald Says:

If you guys don’t think every band plays private parties, you are sadly mistaken. These gigs are more profitable than tours.

  • Jason Says:

  • Martin Says:

    Jane’s Addiction in:
1990 – you could feel moving crowd energy on concert
2011 – everyone stands still with iphone in hand

    WTF?!!!

  • Louis Says:

  • Kent Says:

Wtf happen to JA’s mixed crowd of misfits?
This crowd rivals an Obama teleprompter speech.

  • Joseph Says:

@11:30 a pretty sweet development in the beat!

  • Christian Says:

@DamianDeEu There are actually a number of samples he used at this party that you will recognize from Mushroom jazz. The more I listen to hiphop/house music the more I find that most artists are sharing and reusing a lot of the hottest samples.

  • Christopher Says:

Wow google sure treats their employees well: an after party with DJ Mark Farina! I wonder if google provided the e? It looks like a lot of the employees didn’t know how to act in such a hip setting, so they untucked their shirts… :)

  • Tracy Says:

Great sounds but hard to put the camera on something worth looking at while listening to music

  • Joel Says:

    @wizzra loser comment .. hahaha

  • Adam Says:

First of all, Farina plays jack house at clubs and bars, this really isn’t the same thing, and thus he’s playing a different genre of music. Wouldn’t really be appropriate to play a mix similar to Cars somewhere like this. A lot of these comments confirm my belief that over half the YouTube community is retarded. Congrats.

  • Roy Says:

  • Travis Says:

  • Todd Says:

    I feel sorry fore Mark

  • Jose Says:

this is badass, anybody know the setlist?

  • Leo Says:

this is badass, anybody know the setlist?

  • Ruben Says:

@DaGhostChild ND Actually the beat is quite close to C&C Music factory, Snap and some others, why not play something like that, because it has more variation, and definitely better to dance to. Like I said – my taste.

  • Wallace Says:

@DaGhostChild My point is… The headline says it is a party. But when I hear this music I do not think of “party”. I think it is something the DJ puts on because he have to pee in a hurry, or he wants people to go to the bar, buy more beer.
It is too slow and monotone for partying. But again, it is just my taste,

  • Douglas Says:

@MsPwain Ok that is something that Im agree to. I know those tracks but I dont get your point at all. All I tried to say is that tiesto is trance and I dont like it. I prefer this mushroom jazz beats from Farina. I have lots of house mixes from Farina, I know what he plays. And as you say Im into funky ,deep, soulful house too. I know this is not house.. So what are you trying to say?

  • Russell Says:

@DaGhostChild According to Wikipedia, there is no ancestor to house. More was it inspired by funk, soul and disco. I admit that I am to the “disco” and Funk house, but it is not less of house music than soul house or jazzy house is.

Examples: MARRS – Pump up the Volume, EddieAmador – Understand House Music, are mosttly funk based, I think. Black Box (Ride on Time with Martha Walsh), Everything but the Girl – missing in Todd terry remix, Donna Summer – I feel loved, they are more disco house.

  • Gerald Says:

@MsPwain Ok thats your opinion, but I prefer this hiphop instrumentals and acid jazz beats that got soul over any trance music or comercial dance anyday. And if you ask me true house music is something that has nothing in common with trance.

  • Leonard Says:

@DaGhostChild Why? The music is shit… I mean for a party this is something you put on to make people go home.

  • Tommy Says:

    @MsPwain worst comment..

  • John Says:

There was plenty of dancing later when it was less crowded and Android came out to break dance. There were displays, games and food too. Was great fun!

  • Derrick Says:

They shoulve hred Tiesto or something like that. This is boring, boring boring…. Actually a bit irritating as well.
